1. Authentication and preferences
Authentication services use browser technologies to maintain sessions and protect account access. Accrella also uses local or session storage for preferences and workflow continuity, including theme choices, onboarding progress and locally stored workspace or demonstration state. Local storage may remain until you or the application remove it; session storage generally lasts for the browser tab session.
2. Public-page measurement
Selected public pages record limited events such as page views, engagement and source-link or signup clicks, with coarse attribution categories. This measurement does not send a raw referring URL or account identity in the event payload. Network requests may still expose technical connection information to infrastructure providers.
Accrella’s public-page measurement is suppressed when the browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control signal or its Do Not Track setting is enabled. This control does not disable necessary authentication, security or all third-party processing.
3. External services
Identity, payment, map, imagery and other external services may receive device or request information when their features load. Their own notices describe technologies they operate. Optional advertising or marketing tracking requires any notices and choices mandated by applicable law before activation. This notice does not itself provide or imply consent to such tracking.
4. Your controls
Use your browser settings to view, block or clear cookies and site storage, and enable available privacy signals. Blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in or remove saved preferences and unsaved local progress. Browser controls generally apply to that browser and device.
