Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription and payment terms

This policy supplements the Terms of Service for Accrella subscriptions and services. Your accepted checkout terms or signed order control the specific price, billing interval, included usage and agreed exceptions.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Charges and renewal

Review the total price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, applicable taxes, usage limits and any trial conversion terms before purchasing. Where the accepted purchase terms specify automatic renewal, your subscription renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Authorization is limited to the charges and recurring terms you accept.

Promotions apply only as disclosed. A free trial converts to paid service only under the terms presented and accepted for that trial. Third-party services, transaction charges and usage fees are separate only where disclosed or separately authorized.

2. Cancellation

Use the billing management option in account settings to manage or cancel an eligible self-service subscription. If billing management is unavailable, use Contact us for billing assistance. Provide your account email and workspace name; do not send full card or bank details.

Unless your accepted purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Signing out, uninstalling, removing a user or ceasing use does not cancel a subscription. Retain the cancellation confirmation and contact support if it does not arrive.

3. Refunds and billing issues

Except where required by law or expressly provided in your purchase terms or a written agreement, fees for an already started billing period are non-refundable and unused time or usage is not prorated. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights, remedies for nonconforming services or rights to dispute unauthorized charges.

Contact support promptly about duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges, with the invoice reference and a description. We will review the issue and provide any refund required by law or our agreement; discretionary exceptions do not establish an ongoing entitlement.

4. Plan changes and failed payments

The billing flow or written agreement governs the effective date and any proration for a plan change. Material price changes apply prospectively with notice as required by our Terms and applicable law. Failed payments may lead to restricted access or suspension under the Terms; cancelling does not erase valid amounts already owed.

5. Data after cancellation

Request needed exports before access ends. Cancellation and a personal-data deletion request are separate actions. The Privacy Policy explains retention for legal, security, billing, audit and backup purposes. A signed agreement may provide additional offboarding terms.
